Slick Glass Theme w/ and w/o Custom Sounds

Slick Glass theme by jpang. Original icons by basj and Cycoced

Includes good custom XMB sounds. A version without custom sounds is available.

Although I put in a couple Vista backgrounds, it looks better with the original PS3 wave in my opinion.

Fixed the wallpaper issue and added a version without custom sounds
