PSP & PS3 Hacks Mods

Really not sure why I'm having SO much trouble with this.

The icons from my extracted themes are all GIM Files. GIM is MIG backwards, which SHOULD open in PS. But it doesn't. So after going to the trouble of renaming all the files, it still doesn't work.

Now, seeing the themes on BPT, it looks really easy to get this to work, and I think I'm missing a simple step. Could anyone shine some light on this issue?

The theme extractor is supposed to extract the icons as GIM files and PNG files. The theme extractor site says you need Python Imaging Library to be installed for the GIMs to save as PNGs.
