I have used two different theme making programs, and each time I make a theme and load it onto my PS3, the icons show up just fine, but the backgrounds don't. I followed every instruction, made sure I had all images at the proper resolutions and even made sure to have both HD and SD backgrounds. Is there something I'm missing?

I had this problem before. What I did was copy the entire image with photoshop, paste it into a new file, and resave.
