PSP & PS3 Hacks Mods

i was wondering if someone knew if all ps3s do this. when i set a background or install a new theme, it zooms in on the background and cuts off the edges, and words sometimes.. wtf?

yeah, it's the tvs that do that. that's why some ps3 themes have a black border on the wallpaper

that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard of. cuz on my themes, i like to put a little window for the clock and a "+" for the xmb bars but if the background scales up a bit, it throughs it off...dumb!
