here is a guide to make you're very own hacks but you have to remake them whenever the game ends or sometimes when you die not all off them reset but any way here is the guide.
OK first you must have working nitepr if you don't have this then try searching around for a download of it i would give to you but forgot where i got mine from.
now if you have working nitepr then insert a game in the psp turn it on then start the game when it says press home button twice then
press - & +. you should press home button twice then press - & + then start now press O and start playing on story mode or what ever mode you're game has (i have not tried this on any online game yet) OK now that you are playing if you want say 100000 ammo without having to reload then press - & + then press R twice and change the first thing it says pause game?false change this to true then go down to cheat HZ? press right once so that it says cheat HZ? 15/1000 seconds now press l twice so you are on the searcher menu then put in how much ammo you have like say I'm playing star wars and my battle rifle can shoot 25 bullets before i have to reload so on the searcher menu click Find Exact Value then press x then press right till you are on the 0000000000 thing that says value . Dec and now like i said my gun holds 25 bullets till i have to reload so i make the value . Dec thing look like this.

now after you have done that press X then go down to search click it then go out of nitepr by pressing O till it is off and shoot one time so that my 25 bullets would be 24 then go back up to the search thing and go to the top option it should be something like continue search now go back to the Dec thing and change the 25 to 24 then click search if it has like 1-4 different things down there you can go down to them start with the first and change the Dec to how ever many you want like what i said i want
100000 ammo i make the Dec say.

then press O and press R once and make sure the HZ is 15 then press L twice and go to the code you named should be called new code0 click X on it then O then hit the music button thing on the psp and i should have 100024 ammo that i can shoot without reloading now if it doesn't then go back to the continue search thing and do the same thing to the next match and kept doing so until you get it same thing with other codes you want it to be but like with money spend some where on the gun you shoot
