go to settings -> system settings -> system information and it will say your firmware
ok, you have firmware 3.80. you will need pandora to downgrade. do you know anybody with a custom firmware or 1.50 psp?
you could try searching google for the required pandora files then buy a datel tool battery

you can't flash the firmware without pandora.
