BEFORE releasing a theme, you must have tested that it works and doesn't cause a brick (PTFs excluded).
Users: You take the responsibility for any damage that may be done to your PSP.
Please indicate what firmware it is designed for (e.g. 3.03 OE, 3.40 OE, 3.5X M33) unless it is a PTF.

When creating a thread, include the appropriate tag in the title such as:
[Release] or [Request]
If it is a PTF format theme, use the tag: [PTF]
This makes browsing much easier. Titles must also include the name of the theme and the firmware it is designed for.
Do not put the firmware if it is a PTF.

If it is not your own theme (or based on someone else's theme), you must give credit to the creator.
Please include a screenshot and/or video of the theme.
